Renting CM Studio
I am so excited to rent this space to you. It is FULL of natural light, south facing windows, and joy.
The main is a shared space built by an amazing group of small business owners. The photo space will only be used by you!
Things to know:
Heat - controls for the heat are in the northwest corner of the photo studio, please set it back to where it was when you leave
Windows - you can open the windows by pulling on the chains hanging, quick tug to unlatch then pull open 45 degrees, chain latches on a cut in the window frame below the chain
Doors - the garage door can be pulled close, it squeaks, recommend it before clients come, double doors can also be closed
Tools - there are light stands, and lights in the corner under the ceiling heat unit, as well as other needs such as air mattress, baby blankets
