Kara & Paul: Brooklyn Botanic Garden Anniversary Session (Maternity Sneak Peek!)
Kara and Paul are as sweet as pie! Kara is the modern day Brooklynite Snow White - she even has an incredible voice - and Paul is absolutely her Husband Charming! I was so incredibly excited in September when Kara asked if we could postpone their original Anniversary Session because of a special surprise!!
Kara and Paul met one another while studying at the University of Oklahoma, but it wasn't until 2 years after their first encounter, that they realized the connection they had - thus 2007 was the start of this beautiful relationship!
After their joy filled wedding in September of 2010 they moved to the "Little Apple" (Manhattan, Kansas), where Paul was and Infantry Officer in the United States Army and Kara pursued her Masters of Music Education at Kansas State. After serving 4 years in the Army (thank you Paul!), Paul and Kara decided it was time for a change, bringing them the The BIG Apple!
I couldn't be more happy that Kara and Paul decided to make the move to New York City, where I got to spend a year teaching along side Kara - hearing her glorious vocals come from down the hallway - and meet her funny and caring husband Paul, who is now a software engineer!
CONGRATULATIONS, Kara and Paul on the next big event in your lives, I can't wait to meet your first baby this April! It was an absolute pleasure to photograph such a beautiful (inside and out!) family at
